Define Zones
OBJECTIVE
The Define Zones function is used to group work orders by territorial area.

Areas can be used in Work Order Dispatch to facilitate assigning them if an area has been specified in the work order. |
Steps

maestro* > Projects > Maintenance > Work Orders > Define Zones |
Create an area
- Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:
The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Description
Code
Code for the area.
French Description
French description to identify the area.
English Description
English description to identify the area.
- Click Save.
